Our care team can assist with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and other daily personal care activities while protecting privacy and independence.
Health and Wellbeing Support
Support may include wellbeing checks, medication routines, mobility assistance, recovery support and coordination with authorised health professionals where appropriate.
Help With Everyday Activities
We provide practical assistance with meal preparation, light household tasks, shopping, appointments, transport and other activities that help clients remain comfortable at home.
Companionship and Connection
Our carers provide meaningful companionship, conversation and social support to help reduce isolation and maintain connection with family, community and everyday life.
Support for Veterans and Families
We work with veterans, family members and authorised representatives to create a clear care arrangement and provide reassurance throughout the support journey.
Care built around the veteran, not just the service
Support can be arranged according to the client’s assessed needs, preferred routine, health circumstances and available care pathway. Eligible DVA clients may be able to access approved services following the required referral and assessment process.
